Part of a “I Love New York” challenge/competition at school. I had a lot of fun with this one too. I incorporated a free hand skyline of New York on one eye and the green of the Statue of Liberty on the other. The lips were covered with a big red apple. I’ll be putting more up of this series.

Love it boo!

Ahh… the lovely Lauren. This shoot is one I will NEVER forget! A mutual friend of ours contacted us (her being the model, me doing MU and pics) to promote his t-shirt line. The logo on the tshirt is of a muscular guy holding a baseball bat. Lauren thought it would be a great idea to use her fathers bat (which was signed by a bunch of players) and go down to dead tracks at the end of her neighborhood. WRONG! We were there for about an hour having a great time, sweating it up on the 90 degree day. All of a sudden the ground started to vibrate and we heard a loud horn. I turn in time to see a train coming towards us at 60 mph appx 60 feet away from us. We were running down the tracks, chucking camera equipment, clothing, makeup off the tracks before it or us got ran over!! The one thing that didn’t make it off you wonder? My iPhone. But not just any iPhone. My third one of the year! :( So in case anyone is wondering what a iPhone looks like after being ran over by a train.. there you have it!
